The Instructional Design Strategies program is designed to equip Learning and Development (L&D) professionals with the skills to design and develop effective training programs focused on performance improvement. This program focuses on imparting practical, hands-on techniques and skills that the participants can directly apply to their work, rather than teaching theories and models that need to be interpreted and decoded
L&D professionals with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with training programs
Learners will be able to create effective and comprehensive High-Level Design (HLD) documents that will drive content creation and delivery of application-level training programs
A three-day in-person workshop followed by a project-based assessment with mentoring and feedback
