Srishti began her career as an internal auditor for the International Organization for Standardization. She is also a Baking Technologist from the American Institute of Baking in Kansas, USA and runs a baking manufacturing unit. She has a natural affinity for content organization, research, and analysis that she leverages to create holistic learning experiences.
Pearl Mathias
Pearl graduated with a double major in Botany and Zoology, and quickly realized her true calling is in writing and teaching. In her career spanning close to a decade, she has worked as an Early Childhood Educator, scripted for a variety of content, and designed numerous learning courses.
Madhavi Kirad
Madhavi has a Master’s degree in Mass Communication, experience in a varied mix of domains, and a keen eye for detail and standards. Her ability to work with client requirements and her focus on quality ensure that everything she creates is accurate, detailed, and appreciated!
Mariette D'Souza
Mariette has a background in Psychology and Sociology. She has worked in a variety of fields ranging from real estate to education and training. Her ability to work with a variety of disciplines with ease and her vast repertoire make her a great instructional designer and team manager.
Afreen Zaki
Afreen majored in International Relations with a double minor in Law and Peace and Conflict Studies. Over the years, she has developed a keen interest in data analytics and has learned the basics of coding. Afreen’s ability to teach herself complex skills translates perfectly into instructional design as she enjoys breaking down content and rebuilding it in interesting ways.
Abir Retiwala
Abir is a lawyer turned entrepreneur turned instructional designer. After completing a Master’s in Law, Abir ran her own trekking organization and founded a forest school for young learners. As an ID, she uses her teaching experience to develop effective and fun learning strategies.
Maahir Sakari
Maahir moved into instructional design immediately after his graduation from the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts with a double major in Economics and Psychology. He uses his research and writing skills and his passion for learning design to curate and create effective learning plans.
Albino Mascarenhas
Albino has a background in mechanical engineering. He is also a self-taught woodworker, craftsman, and an artist. His flair for writing attracted him to the world of instructional design. He uses his skills and years of training to bring precision and finesse to every project he takes on.

Sanober has a Master’s in English Literature and a degree in Education. She has over 8 years of experience in the education sector—as a teacher and education technology professional. As an instructional designer, Sanober has a keen eye for methods and strategies that work best for teaching new concepts.

Vineeja uses her multifaceted experience as an assistant director, a script writer, a film producer, a video editor, a content writer, and more to create impactful audio-visual learning experiences.

Tanisha has a Liberal Arts degree where she majored in Psychology and experience working in the fashion industry and marketing field. She now uses her content creation and graphic design skills to create engaging and appealing courses.

During her degree studies in psychology and anthropology, Natalia focused on delving into the intricate realms of human behavior and culture. As an instructional designer, Natalia draws from her experiences and understanding of how people learn and combines it with her love for art to create magic.

Krysanne leverages her experience in game design and facilitation to design innovative activities and learning games for workshops and online formats. She’s also our in-house game master whenever we want to crack out a complex board game!
